Acquisition by Civica

I am delighted to inform you that on 4th May 2018 the Civica Group, the UK’s leading provider of business-critical software and digital solutions, announced the acquisition of NRS by Civica UK Limited. The combination of Civica and NRS is an exciting development for our customers, partners and employees, providing a stronger capability while maintaining the focus and flexibility to respond to our customers’ needs.

It remains business as usual for the NRS team. Whilst we will operate within the Civica Group as part of an enlarged payments-focused business unit, your day-to-day contact with us will continue seamlessly through our team. There is no change to our offerings or services – indeed, these are an important addition for Civica, adding specialist capability and expertise to the Group’s activities.
