The Hotel package is compatible with the Microsoft Windows environment, including Windows 2000 and XP Professional.

A calendar control is used for quick and easy date searching. A room chart (planner) displays immediate availability and can be used for booking, check-in and access to a guest details.

Single Guests, Group Bookings, Company Accounts, Function or Corporate bookings; All these can be easily processed with Midas 2000 Hotel Software. The software stores full guest history including sales data as well as relevant name, address and previous billing information. When taking a booking, a data-miner allows for quick retrieval of a guest’s details from a previous booking.

The software produces a guest registration card with the relevant guest and booking details completed so at check-in a guest only has to enter the additional required information for the stay and sign the document. A detachable key card is an available option with the registration form.

When making charges to a guest account, the receptionist has the option to select multiple folios in order to produce separate billing. This can be used when a client is charging to a company account or when a guest requires a separate bill for expenses.
