Having invested considerable time and money in selecting a system, many companies soon regret their decision due to the lack of service facilities available from their system provider.
At Nationwide we have a service department that is second to none, and is an integral part of our company.

Each branch has fully equipped workshops enabling equipment to be repaired down to ‘board’ level electronics.
Our aim is to reduce system down time to a minimum and our trained technicians
are therefore equipped with a full compliment of spares and sundry items. In addition, all technicians carry a mobile phone, giving them instant contact with our service centres and a far quicker response to troubled sites.

Service and software support contracts are available on all products and can be tailored to meet specific requirements.
