Training is a crucial element in a successful installation. At Nationwide we have excellent training facilities and can comfortably accommodate single and multiple delegates. Our team of trainers are not only experts in our software packages and systems but are also experienced in the hospitality sector for which the systems are specifically designed.

The training courses run from 1 to 5 days depending on the level of training required and courses covered. Our team of trainers are quickly able to assess the level of training needed dependent on candidate and basic PC knowledge.

Candidates are invited to share open sessions working in teams of up to three and are given every opportunity to use the skills they are taught in practical ways. We aim to create a relaxed atmosphere, which encourages candidates to discuss any aspect of the system, choose how rudimentary. This helps to build a solid platform on which to make progress throughout the course.

Our ultimate goal is for all candidates to leave us feeling confident in their ability to use our system to its maximum potential.
